The rates (dated 2012) are just to imagine the costs of one night. Attention For me it’s quite difficult to recommend hotels at the Hexenstieg because I live at Osterode am Harz and usually I don’t need a bed on the trail. At the moment I slept at the Brocken hotel and at Ruebeland. If you have any experience staying at hotels during your Hexenstieg run, please let me know your likes and dislikes.

| I can really recommend this hotel on the Brocken. It’s the highest hotel in Northern Germany and for sure it’s a great experience to see landscape in a 360° view. Up there the weather could be worse. Usually it’s cold and windy. Have in your mind that the hotel has a high demand what means that you have to make your reservation as soon as possible. | ||||
